  • There were no inconsistencies in his "story" because he never got to tell it. The police charged him before he could even be interviewed by them. You obviously don't know ALL the details about the case.

  • Yes they are......I believe the police, the coroner, and the emt's perjured themselves on the witness stand. Lt. Braley was heard in the hallway outside the courtroom to say to them, "Let's get together and see that we're on the same page -- or --"get our stories straight"; something to that effect.

  • That statement still hasn't been clarified because the investigators never interviewed Ryan. What kind of investigators make a "rush to judgement" before they even interview the person? They charged him the next day.
